I think it depends little bit on where you are and how you are doing your petsitting.

Be careful about discussing actual amounts regarding fees. It is not allowed on other boards because it violates some federal law dealing with competition or something. It's very silly

I was going to say the same thing. I guess it has to do with price-fixing.

When I started my business in 2001 I found a Pet Sitting business in my area that had a website and they posted their prices for all their services. I figured that was what the market would bear so I priced my services accordingly. Maybe you could find the same type of info in your area, or for starters see what local Vets charge for day care or boarding. That should at least give you an idea where to start.
