I have a another question that keeps coming up and I was wondering how everyone felt about it. Job sharing do any of you do it? I get a lot of calls that customers want me to share the job with their relative or friend. I usually turn them down or they decide to just have me do the pet sit. I don't want to get blamed for something that was not my fault. Thanks for all the help

I agree with you. I have turned down jobs when the owner insists that I cover for when the neighbor can't make it or to do the evening and the neighbor will get the morning. We could get blamed for something that may have been caused by the other person. It's not worth it.

I do some job sharing. And I do get blamed for stuff the other person does. Comes with the territory, and sucks.
